This iconic City Pop album, which has been experiencing a global resurgence in popularity in recent years, is being revived after 43 years as a "perfect" version with the highest sound quality.
When it was released in 1983, the song "Di-Le-M-Ma (25-Year-Old Melancholy)" had to be abandoned due to interference between grooves caused by the characteristics of the sound source and limitations on recording time, despite the production team's vision for the album's structure. This release includes that lost track (※a different song with the same title as the bonus track), and marks the first time the complete version has been released on vinyl. It includes many famous songs such as the preceding single "Body to Body," "Midnight Pretender," which was sampled in The Weeknd's "Out of Time" and became a global hit, and "I'm in Love," which has been used for many years as the opening theme for a popular US podcast. The album's innovative jacket, created using CG at the time, also became a major topic of conversation.
